I was shocked when I received funeral flowers they were not as shown in the picture and they were cut very short. I could bought a bunch somewhere else that would have looked nice. I shall not recommend interflora to anyone expensive and cheap flowers were used very dissapointed.
Ordered some flowers for my son's girlfriend, who's just had a new baby boy, absolutely shocking, nothing like what I ordered. Ordered flowers on the right got the flowers on the left grand price of £49.00. Sort it out interflora

once again the flowers were lovely and bright.
I ordered a seasonal bouquet for my daughter as a surprise. They were delivered on the day I specified and we're also very nice. Expensive but good service and quality of flowers.

Looked very good on the photograph but have no idea if they were value for money.
The flowers weren't very special for the price - looked like a large bunch from a garage forecourt. They were for a ruby wedding and I was disappointed.

Placed 2 orders, one was fine but the other arrived in a slightly damaged condition. Reason for 4 stars is that I received an immediate full refund for the damaged order
I used to love inter flora, sending and receiving but since lockdown, they outsource to florists that clearly only have a small cut of what you pay and the bouquets are shockingly bad.
My order was late, respectively my phone number was missing a digit, but they had my email address.. no offer of a refund for my delivery charge..
All good apart from not getting confirmation of delivery
